What this site actually does with your information
Privacy notice
What we collect
Only what you type into the availability request form: your name, an email address and/or a phone number, your city or ZIP code, your preferred date and time window, and any optional notes or service details you add (meals, number of people, food restrictions, areas to organize, number of dogs, dates and care instructions). We do not ask for your street address or any payment or identity details.
Why we collect it
So Regina can read your request and contact you to agree the details. It is not used for anything else.
Who can see it
Requests are stored in a private database. They cannot be read, changed or deleted by the public. Only a signed-in account that has explicitly been granted the owner role can view requests or change their status.
What we do not do
No payments are processed. No marketing emails, text messages or WhatsApp messages are sent from this site. Your details are not sold or shared with third parties, and no advertising or analytics trackers are used.
Keeping it and removing it
Requests are kept while they are being handled. If you would like your request removed, tell Regina when she contacts you and it will be deleted.
Spam protection
To block automated spam, the form includes a hidden field and the site keeps a short-lived one-way fingerprint of the sender so a burst of identical submissions can be rejected. It is not used to identify you.
